Use Case Dimensions
We are drafting the Framework to take these four dimensions into account. Audiences come first. We hope the Framework will serve the needs of a range of education decision-makers. The Framework is organized around urgent challenges, to show how new uses of evidence can contribute to solving today’s big education issues. Technology-enabled features are the new opportunities the Framework highlights, in conjunction with the research methods that allow us to capitalize on those opportunities.
